How an engagement works: Assess → Pilot → Scale
- Assess (2–4 weeks). A Project Intelligence Assessment of one project or process: risk picture, data maturity, opportunities and limits. It can recommend not proceeding.
- Pilot. One measurable use case with a recorded baseline, human review and explicit stop conditions.
- Scale. Only when value is documented, an operational owner exists and the controls are adequate.
Responsibility: regulatory and engineering responsibility, independence and any formal qualifications are agreed per assignment. AI-supported analysis is always reviewed by a qualified person and never replaces statutory control or approval.
